Your impactPicture this: a complex assembly hits your bench. You study the blueprint, plan the sequence, dial in machine settings, and execute precise TIG welds. You verify every dimension and finish, keep your area safe and tidy, and coordinate with the team so parts ship on time. When the line is surging, you lean in with overtime to ensure commitments are met.
