Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Las Vegas, NV Work Setting: In-office Salary: $45,000 plus performance bonuses As a Healthcare Recruiter with Reliable Health Care Services, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals into travel, contract, and long-term assignments. You will build strong candidate relationships and play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction. This role is ideal for recruiters who want the resources of an established agency while still being recognized and rewarded for their individual contributions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Source, recruit, and place qualified healthcare and allied professionals into local, travel, and contract positions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including screening, credentialing, compliance, interviews, and onboarding
• Negotiate compensation packages and contract terms with candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate and job records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Meet and exceed production goals, including placements, submittals, and retention targets - bonus driven compensation
• Leverage social media, networking, and digital sourcing tools to identify new candidates

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing, including local and travel contracts, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools
• Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Comfortable negotiating pay rates and compensation packages
• Highly motivated, energetic, and team-oriented with a track record of achieving recruitment goals

Compensation:
