Mechanical AssemblerCardinal Staffing is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a company located in Port Clinton, OH.Position SummaryWe are looking for a dependable Mechanical Assembler. In this role, you will assemble pumps, mixers, and related equipment using hand and power tools while ensuring each machine meets our quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving mechanical problems and building quality equipment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble pumps, mixers, and related equipment according to drawings and work instructions.Install mechanical components including motors, gearboxes, hoses, fittings, valves, and controls.Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately.Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, function, and quality.Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Assist with equipment testing and preparation for shipment.Work with the production team to meet daily and weekly manufacturing goals.QualificationsMechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.Ability to read basic assembly drawings or mechanical diagrams (preferred).Manufacturing, assembly, automotive, farm equipment, or maintenance experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experiencePaid holidays and vacationStable, year-round employmentOpportunity to learn new skills and grow within the companyFriendly, team-oriented work environmentIf you enjoy building equipment, working with your hands, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.About Cardinal StaffingAt Cardinal Staffing, a Sure-Staff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
