What You'll Do as a Mechanical Assembler:

• Assemble and install mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical components according to technical blueprints and work orders.
• Safely operate various hand tools and specialized equipment within your assigned production cell.
• Perform thorough quality inspections and rework as needed to ensure components meet project specifications.
• Test installed parts to confirm proper performance and operational standards.
• Support team efficiency by maintaining an organized workspace and cross-training to assist in different work areas.
• Follow all established safety, environmental, and quality policies to maintain a high standard of production.

Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Ability to effectively use precision measurement tools, including tape measures.
• A strong focus on quality and detail-oriented craftsmanship.
• Familiarity with general mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems is highly valued.
• Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn internal operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members.
