About the role As our Merchandising Operations Manager, you'll help the US Merchandising organization operate effectively and deliver strong business results. You'll lead financial and operational planning, performance reporting, and process improvement. By developing practical tools and frameworks, you'll bring greater clarity to priorities, resources, and investment decisions across the LEGO brand’s retail presence.

Required Qualifications Delivered data and business analysis that identified trends, root causes, or commercial opportunities. Managed budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, or investment decisions against business priorities. Built processes, tools, or frameworks that improved efficiency, visibility, accountability, or scale. Shaped solutions to complex business challenges by translating insights into clear actions. Led cross-functional initiatives involving stakeholders with different priorities and areas of responsibility. Owned business improvements from identifying the opportunity through to a measurable, sustainable outcome.

Preferred Qualifications Created advanced data visualizations and performance reporting for business stakeholders. Managed projects or programs involving multiple teams, milestones, and priorities. Developed executive communications that turned complex information into a clear business story. Applied commercial insights to planning, performance, or investment decisions.

You’ll work with curiosity, take initiative, and help colleagues solve challenges together, even when the path isn’t fully defined.
