Henry Ford Health is seeking a full-time (36 hours/week) Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the dedicated neonatology team at Henry Ford St. John Children's Hospital. This role provides oversight of Level III neonatal care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive neonatal care, performing bedside procedures, and attending deliveries.
We are a team committed to putting patients and families first. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for high-quality neonatal care. New graduates are welcome and will be considered, with opportunities to grow and advance skill sets in Level III NICU practice.
Schedule Full-Time. 36 Hours per week. Rotating Sunday through Saturday. Rotating days, nights, weekends.

Requires Masters Degree in Nursing; licensure as a Certified Nurse Practitioner; licensure as a Registered Nurse; BCLS certification; and certification in one of the following: ANA certification exam in a nursing specialty field, National Certification Corporation (NCC), National Certification Board of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Associates, and/or Certification from Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Michigan, or in process of applying (must have proof of application); National certification as an NP; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; DEA/CSL, required through credentialing.
Credentialing: RN State of Michigan, National Board NNP Certification, BLS, NRP and Master of Nursing, required. Federal DEA License.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
