Responsibilities: Administer oaths and affirmations, perform verifications, take acknowledgments, witness signatures, and certify copies for borrowers and families throughout Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Qualifications & Skills: MUST be a U.S. citizen. Active notary commission in your state. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to clear a background check. Loan signing experience preferred; certification training available. Honest, professional, and cool under pressure.
Job Requirements: High-speed Internet connection, dependable computer with camera and microphone, home-office setup, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel as needed.
Payment: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
