We are seeking a Scrum Master to support a growing Digital Innovation organization as it expands its adoption of Scrum and Agile practices across several key software initiatives. This individual will initially support digital projects focused on enhancements, integrations, and new functionality within customer-facing applications, with the opportunity to support additional technology initiatives as priorities evolve.
This environment is actively progressing in its Agile transformation, so we are looking for someone who can meet teams where they are, provide practical Agile guidance, and help drive continued maturity rather than expecting a perfectly established Agile environment from day one.
